The 2024-25 NBA regular season is in full swing and teams are starting are starting make deals ahead of the Feb. 6 trade deadline.
The first midseason trade saw the Miami Heat send center Thomas Bryant to the Indiana Pacers. That was followed by the Golden State Warriors acquiring Dennis Schroder from the Brooklyn Nets for De’Anthony Melton in a deal that also included several second-round draft picks.
Those two deals marked the first transactions since the New York Knicks bookended the offseason with two massive moves: trading five first-round picks for Mikal Bridges in June on the eve of the draft, then landing Karl-Anthony Towns just days before the start of training camp in September.
We’ll be keeping tabs on every trade as they occur, including grades from ESPN NBA Insider Kevin Pelton.
